ARCH was founded by a caring group of volunteers in 1989 to assess the need for an AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in our community.  Their mission was simple: to provide education and support services to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.  25 years later we have grown considerably with 15 staff and a medical clinic on site and our mission has evolved to include multidisciplinary services but our need for volunteers has not.  To this day we rely on the support that our volunteers provide us with to be able to deliver our programs and services.
